Our Values that underpin the vision statement are:

These values will continue to underpin our school culture, daily practice, and strategic decision-making.
Our vision is rooted in Matthew 5:14-16: “let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” when Jesus gave the sermon on the mount. This reminds us that faith is lived out together, not alone.
In a world shaped now by technology and distance, we want all at St John's to shine God's light through kindness, respect, forgiveness and encouragement—both at St John’s and beyond. Recognising that positive relationships are essential for the flourishing of all stakeholders within our school community. Through the c=vision and its underpinning values of: love, hope and truth, we aim to enable children and adults to experience God’s transforming presence. By valuing one another and living out Jesus’ teaching, St John’s becomes a place where everyone can grow, belong and shine brightly.
